Liu said, on March 15, 2023, General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the Global Civilization Initiative for the first time at the CPC in Dialogue with World Political Parties High-Level Meeting, which revealed the basic laws of civilization exchanges and development, pointed out the new prospects for cooperation in human society, and made a sincere call for the world to enhance inter-civilization exchanges and dialogue and promote human progress with inclusiveness and mutual learning. The outstanding works of the competition showed the understanding of the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind of young elites of foreign political parties and international students studying in China, and their experience and perception of exchanges and mutual learning among different civilizations. It made us feel the connotation and vivid practice of the Global Civilization Initiative, and the enthusiasm and actions of young foreign friends who are committed to exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations. It is hoped that through this event, everyone will further enrich their perception of Chinese culture, deepen understanding of China and the CPC, and see a real China in a comprehensive way.

Liu said, this is an era full of challenges and also one brimming with hope. Young people are the main force to promote global development and build a better world. They are also the vanguard to promote exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations and promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind. They send out the voice of the youth and inject youthful strength into world peace and development. It is hoped that young friends will jointly build a solid bridge of people-to-people bonds, promote mutual learning in cross-cultural exchanges, jointly shoulder the historical mission of promoting the common values of mankind, respect the diversity of world civilizations, and promote the progress of human civilization. Liu also called on the youth to jointly write the chapter of building a community with a shared future for mankind, closely combine what they have learned in China with the development and construction of their respective countries and improvement of the well-being of the people, and contribute their strength to building a better world.

Djauhari Oratmangun said, youth is the cornerstone of the international community and the hope of future generations. The participation of the younger generation is of great significance at the local, national and global levels. Meeting the current multiple global challenges requires the unity and cooperation of young people around the world. He believed that this event could help young people from various countries further their understanding of each other's culture. Indonesia is willing to actively support young people in participating in cultural exchange activities and promote the common prosperity of human civilization.

Norman Bin Muhamad said, youth exchanges carry great significance in promoting cultural exchanges and mutual learning. The Belt and Road Initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping is conducive to youth exchanges. Malaysia firmly supports this and is willing to actively encourage its youth to participate in relevant activities, deepen Malaysia-China people-to-people and cultural exchanges, and work together for a better world.

Foreign youth representatives present said that this event provided them with an opportunity for cultural exchanges and allowed them to deeply feel the charm and value of different cultures. They will actively play the role of a bridge and link, contribute their own strength to promoting dialogue and cooperation among different civilizations, and work together to build a community with a shared future for mankind.
