Beijing, May 13th—Li Mingxiang, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea led by Armando Ela Nsue Mengue, First Deputy General Secretary of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea.  

Li made positive comments on the traditional friendship between China and Equatorial Guinea and the friendly cooperative relations between the ruling Parties of the two countries, and introduced the important thoughts of General Secretary Xi Jinping on party building. He said that the CPC is willing to work with the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea, take the important consensus reached by the two heads of state as the guidance, strengthen high-level exchanges, increase mutual support, deepen exchanges of experience in state governance and administration, strengthen multilateral coordination, push forward the in-depth development of bilateral relations, and jointly build a high-level China-Africa community with a shared future.  

Ela said, China is the most reliable true friend and good friend of Equatorial Guinea, and thanked China for providing valuable support for the development of Equatorial Guinea for a long time. Equatorial Guinea will adhere to the one-China principle. The Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea hopes to further learn from the CPC's experience in party building and state governance, strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the two Parties in various fields, and constantly consolidate the traditional friendly relations between the two Parties and the two countries.
