At the invitation of the Free Egyptians Party, Wu Yuliang, Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, led a CPC delegation to visit Egypt from September 22nd to 25th. During his visit, Wu met with Mahmoud El-Sharif, First Deputy Speaker of Egypt’s House of Representatives and principals of main political parties, and promoted Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era in an in-depth manner. Wu exchanged views with the Egyptian side on China-Egypt relations and party-to-party relations.

The Egyptian side spoke highly of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and expressed the willingness to work with the Chinese side to push forward the comprehensive strategic partnership between Egypt and China.
