ASTANA, July 3 -- Zhao Leji, member of the Political Bureau and Secretariat and head of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee had separate meetings here today with Karim Massimov, head of Kazakhstan President's Administration and Bauyrzhan Baibek, first deputy chairman of Nur Otan Party.

Massimov conveyed the warm welcome of President Nursultan Nazarbayev. He said that Kazakhstan has always identified its relations with China as a foreign policy priority and is willing to substantively strengthen bilateral cooperation in various fields.

Kazakhstan applauds China's role in promoting peace and development in the region and the world at large and is confident that the Chinese people will make new strides in realizing the Chinese dream of national renewal under the new leadership of China, Massimov added.

Zhao praised the important contribution of President Nazarbayev to the friendship between China and Kazakhstan. He said that as the China-Kazakhstan comprehensive strategic partnership is at a new historical starting point, China is willing to further boost bilateral cooperation in different fields and enhance coordination and cooperation with Kazakhstan in international and regional affairs.

He also expressed his belief that with the care and support of leaders of the two countries, the Chinese dream of national renewal and Kazakhstan's development agenda will deliver benefits to the two peoples.

On the same day, Zhao had working talks with Bauyrzhan Baibek, first deputy chairman of Nur Otan Party. The two sided had an in-depth exchange of views on strengthening party organization and leadership development and enhancing ties between the party and the public and agreed to deepen inter-party cooperation and compare notes on governance experience to promote bilateral relations on the basis of MOU on Party cooperation and existing consensus.
