HANOI, Oct. 29 -- At the invitation of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Luo Huining, member of the CPC Central Committee and secretary of the CPC Qinghai Provincial Committee, paid a visit to Vietnam from October 26th to 29th as head of the CPC delegation and attended the Opening Ceremony of Qinghai Commodities Expo (Vietnam).
