BEIJING, Dec. 16 -- Vice-minister Chen Fengxiang of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met here today with and hosted a banquet for a delegation of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee’s Commission for Internal Affairs, led by Nguyen Ba Thanh, member of the Central Committee of the CPV and head of the Internal Affairs Commission. The two sides exchanged views on how to further promote party-to-party and state-to-state relations. Chen also briefed the Vietnamese guests about the third plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.
