BEIJING, July 3 -- Vice minister Liu Jieyi of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met here today respectively with Sir Simon Fraser, permanent under-secretary of state at the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Lars Backstrom, the outgoing Finnish Ambassador to China.
Liu exchanged views with them on bilateral relations and international and regional issues of shared interests during both meetings.
