OMSK, Oct. 17 -- Wang Jiarui, vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, and Boris Gryzlov, chairman of the Supreme Council of United Russia attended on 17th the fourth meeting of the China-Russia Ruling Parties Dialogue Mechanism and the Third China-Russia Political Party Forum in Omsk, Russia. Both sides agreed that given the profound and complex changes of the international landscape, it is necessary for ruling parties of the two countries to step up strategic exchanges and experience sharing to lift respective governing ability, and jointly promote the growth of state-to-state relations.
