Nanjing, September 19th—Song Tao, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with Enkhtuvshin Ulziisaikhan, Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia, who came to China to attend the commemorative activity of the 2018 International Peace Day.
Song spoke positively of the active contributions Enkhtuvshin has made to developing China-Mongolia relations and the efforts made by the Mongolian side for the successful holding of the commemorative activity of the International Peace Day. Song expressed that the Chinese side pays high attention to developing China-Mongolia relations, and stands ready to further enhance the existing friendly relations between the CPC and the Mongolian People’s Party (MPP), and jointly well implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries through the deepening of inter-party exchanges and cooperation, in a bid to promote China-Mongolia comprehensive strategic partnership to achieve new progress.
Enkhtuvshin congratulated on the successful holding of the commemorative activity of the 2018 International Peace Day, and spoke highly of the significant contributions the Chinese side has made to the cause of international peace. He noted that the MPP and the Mongolian government pay high attention to developing Mongolia-China relations, and are willing to commit to constantly enhancing Mongolia-China all-round friendly cooperative relations including inter-party relations of the two countries to bring more benefits for the two peoples.
