Tokyo, October 11th—Song Tao, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with Kiyoshi Ueda, President of National Governors' Association and Governor of Saitama Prefecture of Japan.
Both sides exchanged in-depth views on enhancing cooperation at sub-national level between the two countries.
