Beijing, September 10th—Song Tao, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with Phankham Viphavanh, Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP), Permanent Member of the Secretariat of the LPRP Central Committee and Lao Vice President, who made a stopover in Beijing. Both sides had a full exchange of views on promoting the implementation of the action plan for China-Laos community with a shared future signed by General Secretaries of the two Parties in April this year and other topics.
