The Alliance will be committed to promoting ideological innovation in the Global South, giving full play to its expertise in research, conducting joint research on common problems and global challenges in the modernization process, and providing more ideological public goods that align with the historical trends and respond to the needs of global development. The Alliance will also enhance policy communication among the Global South, play a key role in making proposals on state affairs, put forward measures and suggestions, and provide more intellectual support for scientific and democratic decision-making for government. Furthermore, it will consolidate the foundation of Global South cooperation, give full play to the role of building consensus, and carry out various forms of cultural and people-to-people exchanges and cooperation. By offering rational analysis to address misinterpretations and misjudgments, and deepening mutual trust and learning in a professional way, the Alliance will help people around the world form a more comprehensive and objective understanding of the Global South cooperation.
