Beijing, October 28th—Liu Haixing, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today with a delegation led by Vladimir Pertsov, First Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of Belarus.

Liu said, under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and President Alexander Lukashenko, China and Belarus have been firmly committed to consolidating strategic mutual trust, promoting mutually beneficial cooperation, deepening traditional friendship, and advancing the high-level development of the all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership. The IDCPC has maintained close exchanges and strategic cooperation with the Administration of the President of Belarus and actively served the development of bilateral relations. In the new situation, both sides should fully implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, continue to engage in dialogue and exchanges, deepen exchanges of experience in state governance and administration, and support practical cooperation between the two countries. Briefing on the fourth plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, Liu said, the most important outcome of the plenary session is the adoption of the 15th Five-Year Plan, which will provide top-level design and strategic planning for China's economic and social development in the next five years and also bring new important opportunities for China-Belarus cooperation. China is willing to strengthen the alignment of development strategies with Belarus and work together to advance respective modernization processes.

Pertsov said, President Alexander Lukashenko and President Xi Jinping have established a deep friendship, which is an important foundation for the development of Belarus-China relations. Belarus and China are important partners, and Belarus appreciates China's valuable support for its economic and social development. The Administration of the President of Belarus maintains close exchanges with the IDCPC and is willing to jointly promote the implementation of the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, maintain the momentum of high-level exchanges, and promote cooperation in various fields such as cadre exchanges and media. The delegation thanks the Chinese side for the well-organized itinerary, especially the visit to the Museum of the Communist Party of China, which left a deep impression on the Belarusian side. Belarus is willing to learn from and draw on China's relevant experience.
