Song Tao, Special Envoy of General Secretary Xi Jinping of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee will travel to Cuba to brief on the situation of the 19th CPC National Congress on January 21st, and visit the country, and then will lead a CPC delegation to visit Canada.
