Beijing, October 24th—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today at noon with the delegation headed by Pia Cayetano, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Philippines. Both sides exchanged views on enhancing China-Philippines relations and exchanges between political parties and parliaments of both countries.
