Guo Yezhou Meets with Delegation of the People’s National Congress Party of Papua New Guinea

Beijing, October 29th—Guo Yezhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the morning with a delegation of the People’s National Congress Party of Papua New Guinea which was headed by Skerry Palanga, Leader of the People’s National Congress Party. Both sides signed a memorandum of understanding on establishing inter-party relations between the two Parties and exchanged views on the relations between the two countries and the two Parties as well as on issues of common concern.
