Beijing, August 21st—Li Jun, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation of the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD) headed by Thorsten Schäfer-Gümbel, Acting Chairman of the SPD. Both sides exchanged in-depth views on exchanges between the two Parties, and international and regional hotspot issues of common concern.
