Beijing, September 2nd—Guo Yezhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a multi-party study group of Indonesian parliament members from six parties including Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle, the Golkar Party, and the Great Indonesian Movement Party.
Speaking positively of China-Indonesia relations and the exchanges between political parties of the two countries, Guo stressed that the CPC is willing to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with major political parties of Indonesia, jointly push for in-depth development of China-Indonesia comprehensive strategic partnership, and make the building of the Belt and Road Initiative better benefit the people of the two countries and other countries in the region.
The parties of the Indonesian study group unanimously support the two countries to deepen synergy in their development strategies within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative. They are ready to further strengthen exchanges with the CPC, deepen experience sharing in party governance and state administration, and work together to promote Indonesia-China friendship and all-round cooperation.
