Beijing, September 5th—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a young cadre study group of the Nur Otan of Kazakhstan headed by Chukyev, Executive Secretary of Zhas Otan of the Nur Otan.

Speaking positively of the relations between the two Parties and the two countries, Qian said that since the establishment of the relations between the CPC and the Nur Otan, both sides have maintained institutionalized exchanges and cooperation, and learned from each other on party governance and state administration, promoting the in-depth development of China-Kazakhstan comprehensive strategic partnership.

Chukyev expressed that the Kazakh side attaches great importance to developing bilateral relations and the Nur Otan is willing to continue close friendly exchanges with the CPC, support exchanges and cooperation between youth organizations of the two Parties and make positive contributions to the development of Kazakhstan-China relations.
