Beijing, November 26th—Zhu Rui, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the afternoon with Rachid Bladehane, Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Algeria.

Speaking positively of China-Algeria relations, Zhu said that the CPC is willing to conduct friendly exchanges with Algerian political parties and promote the development of China-Algeria comprehensive strategic partnership through inter-party channels. Zhu also introduced Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era in light of the achievements of the People's Republic of China in the past 70 years.

Bladehane said that the great achievements made by the People’s Republic of China since its founding 70 years ago are admirable. Algeria has always given top priority to developing relations with China and is willing to deepen bilateral cooperation in all areas within the framework of jointly building the Belt and Road Initiative, strengthen exchanges between the Algerian Foreign Ministry and the International Department of the CPC Central Committee and push Algeria-China relations to a new level.
