Beijing, November 22nd—Li Jun, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a study group of leaders of political parties of the Christian Democrat Organization of America (ODCA) headed by Juan Carlos Latorre, President of the Christian Democrat Organization of America.

Li made positive comments on China-Latin America relations and the CPC’s relations with the ODCA, saying that the CPC is ready to further cement exchanges with the ODCA and its member parties, actively build a new type of political party relations featuring seeking common ground while shelving differences, mutual respect and mutual learning, and promote the building of a community of shared future between China and Latin America.

Latorre said that the ODCA is willing to further strengthen the exchange of experience in state governance and administration with the CPC, promote cooperation between the cooperation in various fields between both sides and make positive contributions to deepening the friendly relations between the two countries.
