Beijing, December 9th—Li Jun, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation of the United Left Movement (MIU) of the Dominican Republic headed by Miguel Mejia, MIU General Secretary.

Speaking positively of the relations between the two Parties and the two countries, Li introduced the spirit of the 4th plenary session of the 19th Central Committee in light of the ruling experience of the CPC. He said that the CPC is willing to further deepen the friendly relations with the MIU and promote the sustained and stable development of state relations through political parties.

Mejia spoke highly of the ruling achievements of the CPC and expressed willingness to learn from the CPC's experience in party governance and state administration and strengthen exchanges in various fields between the two countries.
