Beijing, August 24th—Li Mingxiang, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here with a delegation of Senegal's ruling coalition, which was led by Boubacar Mbodji, Minister, Adviser to the President.

Li spoke positively of the relations between the two Parties and China and Senegal, and made an in-depth introduction to the Chinese characteristics, scientific connotation and world significance of Chinese modernization. He said that the Chinese side is willing to work with the Senegalese side to implement the important consensus reached by President Xi Jinping and President Macky Sall, further strengthen strategic communication, deepen experience exchanges in state governance and administration, promote practical cooperation between the two countries, enhance people-to-people bonds, and push China-Senegal comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership to a new level in the new era.

The Senegalese side said, Senegal's ruling coalition admires the great achievements of Chinese modernization and hopes to learn the experience in governing the country from the CPC to promote its own Party building and national development, and strengthen solidarity and cooperation with the Chinese side, so as to better benefit the two countries and the two peoples.
