Beijing, September 19th—Guo Yezhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation from the Parliament Association “Friends of China” of Italy led by its Chairman Vinicio Peluffo.

Guo spoke positively of the China-Italy relations and expressed the Chinese side's willingness to work with the Italian side to deepen bilateral political trust, pragmatic cooperation, and cultural exchanges, so as to promote the healthy and stable development of the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Italy.

Peluffo said, the association attaches great importance to promoting friendly exchanges and cooperation between the two countries and will continue playing an active role in the development of Italy-China relations.
