Beijing, June 25th—Zhao Shitong, Assistant-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the afternoon with the 2024 delegation of senior cadres from the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), led by Nguyen Tri Tue, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court of Vietnam.
Zhao stated, General Secretary Xi Jinping made a historic visit to Vietnam last year, during which he and General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong announced the establishment of the China-Vietnam community with a shared future that carries strategic significance, marking an important milestone in the history of China-Vietnam relations. The Chinese side is willing to work with theVietnamese side to implement the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two Parties, enhance inter-party exchanges, consolidate political mutual trust, and strengthen experience exchanges and mutual learning in state governance and administration in the areas of full and strict governance over the party and combating corruption and building a clean government.
Nguyen Tri Tue expressed, the Vietnamese side highly values studying and drawing from the experience of the CPC in party conduct, clean governance, and disciplinary inspection. He hoped to deepen exchanges and cooperation between the relevant departments of the two Parties, enhance the capacity for party governance, and work together to build the Vietnam-China community with a shared future.
