Beijing, October 17th—Li Mingxiang, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with the members of the training session for Vietnamese cadres led by Nguyen NhuLoi, Deputy Director of the People's Public Security Political Academy of the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security.
Li made positive comments on the relations between the two Parties and the two countries, saying that the Chinese side is willing to work with the Vietnamese side to implement the important consensus reached by General Secretary and President Xi Jinping and General Secretary and President To Lam, deepen the exchange and mutual learning of experience in party governance and state administration, join hands to build a strategic China-Vietnam community with a shared future, push the relations between the two Parties and the two countries to a new level, and better benefit the two countries and the two peoples.
Nguyen NhuLoi spoke highly of the tremendous development achievements made by the CPC in uniting and leading the Chinese people, saying that he looks forward to learning from the experience and practice of the CPC in strengthening party building. He expressed the willingness to work with the Chinese side to push forward the Vietnam-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership and the building of the Vietnam-China community with a shared future.
Representatives of the Vietnamese Embassy in China attended the meeting.
