Beijing, December 12th—Lu Kang, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation of the Força Sindical of Brazil led by Miguel Torres, President of the Força Sindica.
Lu spoke positively of China-Brazil relations and inter-party exchanges. He said, the Chinese side is willing to work with the Brazilian side to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, promote cooperation in various fields through the channel of political party and trade union exchanges, enhance political and strategic mutual trust, and push China-Brazil relations for steady and long-term development.
Torres said, the Brazilian side admires the tremendous development achievements China has made under the leadership of the CPC. It is willing to leverage the strength of Força Sindical to continue to strengthen communication and coordination between Brazil and China in multilateral mechanisms such as the BRICS and the Group of 20, and jointly build a Brazil-China community with a shared future.
