Beijing, December 17th—Lu Kang, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today on the afternoon with the 3rd young leaders delegation of the Nationalist Party of Malta led by Michael Piccinino, Secretary General of the Nationalist Party of Malta.
Lu said, China and Malta enjoy profound traditional friendship and fruitful practical cooperation. China is willing to work with Malta to implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries and deepen exchanges and cooperation in various fields. The CPC is willing to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the Nationalist Party of Malta, enhance mutual understanding and trust, and push for greater development of China-Malta relations and China-Europe relations.
Piccinino said, the Nationalist Party of Malta attaches importance to its friendly relations with the CPC, speaks highly of China's tremendous achievements in development, and stands ready to further strengthen the exchanges and mutual learning of experience in party governance and state administration between the two Parties, and play a constructive role in promoting the development of bilateral relations and Europe-China relations.
