Beijing, May 29th—Sun Haiyan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the morning with a delegation of the Jogorku Kenesh of Kyrgyzstan led by Elvira Surabaldieva, Chairperson of the Committee on International Affairs, Defense, Security and Migration of the Jogorku Kenesh of Kyrgyzstan. 

Sun stated, under the joint guidance of President Xi Jinping and President Sadyr Japarov, the China-Kyrgyzstan comprehensive strategic partnership for a new era has maintained high-level development. The CPC stands ready to work with all sectors of Kyrgyzstan, including the Jogorku Kenesh and political parties, to thoroughly implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, strengthen exchanges of experience on state governance, promote practical cooperation, people-to-people and cultural exchanges and cooperation in various fields, deepen international coordination and collaboration, and jointly build an even closer China-Kyrgyzstan community with a shared future. 

Surabaldieva spoke highly of the remarkable achievements of China’s modernization under the leadership of President Xi Jinping. She noted that Kyrgyzstan-China friendship has a profound foundation, and the Jogorku Kenesh supports expanding exchanges and cooperation between the legislative bodies, political parties and various fields of the two countries, promoting the alignment of development strategies of the two countries, jointly implementing the four major global initiatives, and better safeguarding regional peace, stability and development.
