Beijing, August 6th—Ma Hui, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation led by Monica Valente, Member of the National Executive Committee of Brazil's Workers' Party (PT) and Executive Secretary of the São Paulo Forum.

Ma spoke positively of the relations between the two countries and the two Parties, and introduced the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the gathering celebrating the 105th anniversary of the founding of the CPC and Xi Jinping Thought on Party Building. He said, the Chinese side looks forward to working hand in hand with the Brazilian side to further deepen exchanges and cooperation between the two Parties, boost party building, national development and progress of each side, and contribute to building a China-Brazil community with a shared future.
Valente said, the PT has long followed closely the theoretical and practical development of the CPC. The PT is ready to strengthen exchanges on the CPC's experience in party governance and state administration, and push Brazil-China relations for greater progress through inter-party channels.
