BEIJING, April. 18 -- Wang Jiarui, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met today with a tree-planting delegation of the Japan-China Friendship Association for the 21st Century led by Mr. Soga Yuji, former deputy general secretary of the Social Democratic Party of Japan.
