BEIJING, April 24 -- Vice-Minister Liu Jieyi of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee held working talks here today with Tran Dac Loi, Vice-Minister of the International Department of the Communist Party of Vietnam who is accompanying Ngo Van Du, member of the Political Bureau and of the Secretariat of the CPV Central Committee and head of the Party's Central Commission for Inspection, who is paying a visit to China. The two exchanged views on inter-party relations between China and Vietnam.
