HANOI, April 26 -- At the invitation of the Standing Committee of the International Conference of Asian Political Parties and the Communist Party of Vietnam, Assistant Minister Yang Yanyi of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee attends, as a CPC representative, the 19th meeting of the ICAPP Standing Committee held here between 24th and 26th, and pays a visit to Vietnam as head of the CPC goodwill delegation.
