RAMALLAH, Nov. 25 -- President of the State of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas met here today with a CPC goodwill delegation led by Zhao Yong, deputy-secretary of the CPC Hebei Provincial Committee.

President Abbas recalled fondly his meetings with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Keqiang during his visit to China in May this year and applauded China’s four-point proposal for the settlement of the Palestinian question. Zhao introduced to Abbas the outcomes of the just-concluded third plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and stressed that China is ready to work in concert with the Palestinian side to promote an all-rounded development of China-Palestine relations.
