BEIJING, April 12 -- Wang Jiarui, vice-chairman of the National Committee of the CPPCC and minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here on Friday morning with a delegation of the People's Party of Malawi headed by its Secretary General Henry Chibwana.
