BEIJING, May 28 -- Vice-Minister Li Jinjun of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met with a delegation headed by Christine Lieberknecht，minister-president of the German state of Thuringia and chairwoman of the CDU in Thuringia. The two sides exchanged views on China-Germany relations and pragmatic cooperation. Li also briefed the guests on socialism with Chinese characteristics and the 18th National Congress of the CPC.
