BEIJING, Dec. 20 -- Zhou Li, vice minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met with Dziekonski, state secretary of the Presidential Office of Poland and member of the National Committee of Civic Platform this morning at the IDCPC. The two sides exchanged views on bilateral and party-to-party relations between China and Poland, relations between China and central/eastern European countries and the situation on Ukraine. Zhou also briefed the guest on the 3rd plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.
