TIRANA, Dec. 13 -- Prime Minister of Albania and Chairman of the Socialist Party of Albania (SPA) Edi Rama met today in Tirana with a CPC goodwill delegation led by Vice-minister Zhou Li of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee. The two sides exchanged views on issues of common interest such as strengthening practical cooperation in various fields and enhancing party-to-party exchanges between China and Albania. On the same day, Zhou also met with Ilir Meta, speaker of the Albanian Parliament and chairman of the Socialist Movement for Integration (LSI), and Lulzim Basha, chairman of the Democratic Party of Albania and mayor of Tirana, and briefed them about the third plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.
