BEIJING, Sept. 13 -- Vice-minister Yu Hongjun of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China met in Beijing on September 13th with the US delegation headed by assistant secretary of state Daniel Russel. The two sides exchanged views on issues of common interests concerning how to build a new model of major-country relations between China and the United States.
