Beijing, November 26th—Liu Haixing, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today with Shakhrat Nuryshev, Ambassador of Kazakhstan to China.

Liu said, China and Kazakhstan are good friends and partners with a shared future. The friendship between the two countries is unbreakable and is a precious asset for both sides. In recent years, under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the China-Kazakhstan permanent comprehensive strategic partnership has been upgraded and entered a new stage of building a China-Kazakhstan community with a shared future, achieving leapfrog development. China appreciates and thanks Kazakhstan for adhering to the one-China principle and providing firm support on issues such as the Taiwan question that concern China's core interests. China is willing to work with Kazakhstan to jointly safeguard international fairness and justice. Inter-party exchanges play a unique and important role in China-Kazakhstan relations. The CPC is willing to work with the main political parties of Kazakhstan to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, deepen exchanges and mutual learning of experience in state governance and administration, and promote practical cooperation and people-to-people friendship through the "political party +" platform, so as to elevate the China-Kazakhstan permanent comprehensive strategic partnership to a higher level. Liu briefed on the main achievements of the fourth plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee.
Nuryshev said, the profound friendship between the two heads of state is an important driving force for Kazakhstan-China relations, leading Kazakhstan-China relations into a new "golden 30 years". Developing relations with China is Kazakhstan's unchanging diplomatic priority. Kazakhstan firmly adheres to the one-China principle and firmly supports China's positions on issues concerning Taiwan, Xinjiang, Xizang, Hong Kong. Nuryshev congratulated the successful convening of the fourth plenary session of the CPC 20th Central Committee and the adoption of the Recommendations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) for Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, and expressed willingness to deepen cooperation with China in areas such as the Belt and Road cooperation. Kazakhstan supports the four major global initiatives and the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind proposed by China, and is willing to strengthen bilateral and multilateral cooperation with China to jointly promote their implementation. The Kazakh side attaches great importance to developing relations with the CPC, and the Kazakh Embassy in China is willing to contribute to this effort.
