Beijing, June 11th—Liu Haixing, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today with Nyamtaishir Nomtoibayar, Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia and Leader of the National Coalition Party.

Liu said, China and Mongolia are friendly neighbors linked by mountains and rivers, sharing a common destiny. Under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and Mongolian leaders, China-Mongolia relations have maintained a good momentum of development. China has always placed China-Mongolia relations in an important position in its neighborhood diplomacy and is willing to work with Mongolia to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state and promote the continuous achievement of new results in building a China-Mongolia community with a shared future. Political party exchanges are an important component of China-Mongolia relations. For a long time, political parties of the two countries have maintained close exchanges, learned from each other's experience in party governance and state administration, and actively promoted practical cooperation in various fields, playing a positive role in promoting the healthy and stable development of China-Mongolia relations. The CPC is willing to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with all political parties in Mongolia, including the National Coalition Party, deepen mutual learning of experience in state governance and administration, and contribute to the development of China-Mongolia relations. This year marks the beginning of China's 15th Five-Year Plan, and China is willing to deepen mutually beneficial cooperation with Mongolia in areas such as infrastructure construction, digital and green transformation, and high technology.

Nomtoibayar stated, Mongolia and China are comprehensive strategic partners, and Mongolia attaches great importance to developing good-neighborly and friendly relations with China, and firmly adheres to the one-China principle. Mongolia and China are both located on the Eurasian continent, and Mongolia attaches importance to participating in Eurasian economic integration. Mongolia is willing to strengthen the alignment of development strategies with China, especially to promote practical cooperation in areas such as railways, ports, infrastructure, mining, energy, economy, trade, and high technology within the framework of China's 15th Five-Year Plan, so as to jointly advance the comprehensive strategic partnership between Mongolia and China. The National Coalition Party is willing to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the CPC.
