Beijing, April 9th—Hu Zhaoming, Spokesperson of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, announced here today that at the invitation of General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee and Chinese President Xi Jinping, To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and President of Vietnam, will pay a state visit to China from April 14th to 17th.
