On the morning of June 8th, Shen Beili, Assistant-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met at request with Denis Jelimalai, Moldovan Ambassador to China. Both sides exchanged views on China-Moldova relations and party-to-party exchanges.

Speaking positively of relations and party-to-party exchanges between both countries, Shen expressed the hope to constantly enrich the connotation of political parties’ exchanges between China and Moldova so as to push the development of national relations and practical cooperation in all fields.

Jelimalai expressed that Moldova attaches great importance to developing its relations with China, and stands ready to take the “Belt and Road” construction as a platform and an opportunity to further enhance cooperation in all fields including economy, trade, and people-to-people and cultural engagement. The Moldovan Embassy in China is willing to continue to maintain sound working relations with the IDCPC.
