Beijing, July 24th—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the afternoon with Jose Augusto de Jesus Duarte, Portuguese Ambassador to China. Both sides exchanged views on China-Portugal relations, party-to-party exchanges, international and regional situation and other topics.
