On November 24th, Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met today with a multiparty delegation of the Parliament of Turkmenistan headed by Ata Serdarov, leader of the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan.

Speaking positively of China-Turkmenistan strategic partnership, Qian expressed that the CPC is willing to further cement friendly exchanges and cooperation with various political parties of Turkmenistan, jointly promote the implementation of the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, and deepen practical cooperation under the framework of Belt and Road Initiative.

Serdarov noted that Turkmenistan attaches great importance to developing Turkmenistan-China friendly relations, and the political parties of Turkmenistan stand ready to further enhance exchanges with the CPC to promote Turkmenistan-China strategic partnership for in-depth development.
