Beijing, October 24th—Li Jun, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a young cadre study group of the Justice and Development Party (AKP) of Turkey headed by chair of public relations of the AKP youth branch.

Combining with CPC's ruling experience in 70 years of achievements, Li introduced Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. He said that the CPC attaches great importance to the development of friendly relations with the AKP, and is willing to actively give play to the political leading role of the ruling party exchanges in the relations between the two countries, and deepen the exchanges and cooperation between the CPC and the AKP, to promote comprehensive development of China-Turkey strategic cooperative relations.

Speaking highly of the great achievements made in the 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Turkish side stressed that strengthening Turkey-China cooperation is conducive to maintaining world peace and development. The AKP is willing to strengthen exchanges with the CPC to inject impetus into the continuous development of Turkey-China relations.
