Beijing, October 28th—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the afternoon with Maciej Lang, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland. Lang extended his warm congratulations on the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
