Beijing, November 6th—Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, briefed Andrey Denisov, Russian Ambassador to China, on the spirit of the fourth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, and also exchanged views on political party exchanges between China and Russia.

Denisov thanked Qian for his briefing, saying that the fourth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee is of great significance and far-reaching influence. Russia will continue to study the spirit of the plenary session and deepen its understanding of China in the new era and the CPC. The Russian Embassy in China will continue to make efforts to deepen exchanges and cooperation between Russian and Chinese political parties.
