Beijing, July 17th—Chen Zhou, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with Paata Kalandadze, Ambassador of Georgia to China.  

Chen spoke positively of the development of China-Georgia relations and said that the CPC is willing to strengthen friendly exchanges with major political parties of Georgia, implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, deepen experience exchange in state governance and administration, promote cooperation in various fields between the two countries, and push China-Georgia strategic partnership for in-depth and substantial development.  

Kalandadze said Georgia is satisfied with the high-level development of the relations between Georgia and China and the fruitful cooperation results in various fields. Georgia is willing to strengthen the alignment of development strategies with China and expects the two countries' major political parties to strengthen exchanges and cooperation, promote the sustainable development of Georgia-China relations and benefit the two peoples.
