Beijing, July 24th—Sun Haiyan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today with a delegation of members of the Indonesian Parliament of the Golkar Party led by Dave Laksono, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Golkar Party and Member of the Indonesian Parliament.  

Sun gave a positive assessment of China-Indonesia relations and exchanges between the two Parties, and thoroughly introduced the spirit of the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. She said, the important decisions made at the plenary session will effectively promote China's prosperity and development and provide new opportunities for China-Indonesia cooperation. The CPC is willing to strengthen exchanges and dialogues with the Golkar Party, deepen mutual learning, lead pragmatic cooperation, and promote China-Indonesia community with a shared future for in-depth and substantial development.  

Dave said, during this visit, the delegation experienced in an in-depth manner China's tremendous development achievements in scientific and technological innovation. The third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee underlined the promotion of high-level opening up, which will bring major benefits to regional countries such as Indonesia. Attaching great importance to its relations with China, the Indonesian side is willing to further deepen the relations between the political parties and legislatures of both sides, promote cooperation in scientific and technological innovation, new energy, etc., and push the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries for continuous development.
